Aroad Drill Forward Exploration System

The core sample collection rate has significantly improved! We have gained great trust through speedy and high-precision exploration.

The "Aroad Drill Forward Exploration System" is a percussion wireline sampling method that has achieved safe construction using the NATM method. Thanks to the rapid drilling capability of the Aroad Drill, the construction time for boring has been significantly reduced. The Aroad Drill and wireline sampler have been integrated into a single system, allowing for the acquisition of information on faults, geology, and groundwater in the face ahead, even in challenging strata, in a short amount of time. 【Features】 ■ The rotary percussion wireline sampling system significantly improves the core sample collection rate. ■ The dual-tube drilling system enables boring in unconsolidated layers that were previously considered difficult. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Jobtan Introduction Case] SUMCO Corporation

Examples of cases where work sampling was used as an alternative for calculating standard time.

We would like to introduce a case where "Jobtan" was implemented at SUMCO Corporation. In the company, work sampling could take up to three months depending on the process, which placed a significant burden on observers. Particularly during full operation of the factory, there was a challenge in that work sampling could not be conducted even if desired. As a result of the implementation, we received feedback that our product's ability for each worker to input data on their smartphone for measurement eliminates the need for an observer and allows for timely measurement whenever needed, which is a significant advantage. [Challenges] ■ During off-peak observation, there are instances of idle time, which raises issues with measurement accuracy when considering standard time. ■ Even with changes in processes or the introduction of new processes, timely work sampling could not be conducted, leading to standard time settings based solely on work time measurements for the relevant processes. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
